BroadSoft has made it easier and quicker for BroadWorks service providers to provide access to BroadSoft cloud unified communications capabilities by launching UC-One SaaS. UC-One is a collaboration solution used for calling, messaging, and meeting, appropriate for businesses of all sizes, including mobile and dispersed employees. CBTS was one of the the first to use the new cloud unified communications solution, and I designed a series of marketing campaigns customized to CBTS’s brand to support the launch.
